Getting the word out is not always an easy thing. Flagstaff Central specializes in reaching the people in our area. We have been working with organizations and businesses in the Flagstaff area for many years. We are very connected with this targeted audience.

Flagstaff Central has a mass emailer list of approximately 1,000 people (and growing) from the Flagstaff Arizona region. The majority of these people have signed up in some fashion through our city guide and are interested in knowing what is happening in our area.

Flagstaff Central is now offering a "community announcement service". We can now send out a press release to everyone on our emailer list for you.

Some Rules:

~	Community Orientation: The announcements must be community minded and cannot be focused as an advertisement for a business. We will consider business releases only if they have a community oriented focus. The people on our list expect us to send out positive things about our community that are of interest. We don't want people dropping off our list because they feel like they're receiving tons of ads from us.

~	Business Sponsorship: If a business wishes to sponsor an advertisement for a non-profit, we would be happy to put a "this announcement sponsored by..." statement in the emailer with a link to that businesses website.

~	Frequency of Announcements: Only two announcements will be sent out each month, so this is a first-come first-serve offer. We don't want to spam the people on our emailer list with tons of emails. We also need at least two weeks notice prior to the date you wish it to be sent, and do not guarantee that we can meet every dated request.

~	Content: The textual content of the emailer will be strictly written by the purchasing party and must be provided in an electronic format (preferably in a textual document or within an email). We will not be responsible for writing it nor for it's accuracy. The emailers will be textual based and do not include pictures. Links for websites and email addresses can be included for no additional cost. If someone wishes to provide us with complete html code or wants to pay us extra for design costs for a more ornate emailer, we will consider it.

~	Choice/Editing of Announcements: Flagstaff Central reserves the right to choose which announcements we will send in our mass emailer service. We reserve the right to turn down any person, business, or organization if we deem the content isn't appropriate for our audience. We also reserve the right to edit the content of the emailers in any fashion. Prices are also subject to change.
